Ways To Give

Here are some easy ways to support our church.

Give Online

It’s very simple and secure to give online with The River Church. You can give using your credit/debit card, or your bank account. Simply click the link below and login to our partner, Planning Center Online. If you do not have an account yet, please create one and it will securely save all your information, allow you to setup recurring payments, and also update your family information in our system.

Give In Person

Giving is always a part of our gatherings each weekend. We believe that giving sacrificially is an act of worship, so we encourage you to give during a Gathering. You can also stop by our office (8393 E. Holly Rd. Holly, MI 48442) during the week.

Give Over Text

Giving is now as simple as sending us a text message! Simply send a text to 84321 and you will receive instructions to set it up, then you just text the amount you wish to give to that same number.

Give Automatically

An easy way to give to The River is by setting up an automatic bill-pay through your bank. If you’d like to mail a check, please send it to The River Church, 8393 E. Holly Rd. Holly, MI 48442. Please do not send cash through the U.S. Postal Service.

The Power of 3

In February of 2019, we received an envelope from Daniel, an inmate at the Marion Correction Institution in Ohio. Inside was a check made out to The River Church for $3. Daniel, had been impacted by our ministry and believed in the work God is doing in and through The River Church. So much so, that he continued to donate his $3 paycheck regularly, his way helping the church reach as many people as we can with the gospel. We were so blessed by his gift and his belief in the work of the Lord, the Power of 3 was born. The Power of 3 is a campaign designed to watch God multiply Daniel’s $3. Similar to the story of The Widow’s Offering in Mark 12, it is not the amount given, it is the heart behind it.

River Kids Area
Goal: $15,000

The goal for our Burton location is to create an inviting, engaging, and safe environment for children in our ministry. By upgrading our River Kids’ spaces, we aim to foster a sense of wonder, encourage learning, and make Sunday mornings and Awana a highlight for both kids and parents.

Building Improvements
Goal: $20,000

We want our facilities to be a welcoming space for our communities to come worship and hear the gospel. Our current Power of 3 goal is to completely update the outside of the building. (Siding, aesthetics, etc.)

Auditorium Improvements
Goal: $20,000

We strive to provide a welcoming place for guests and attendees as we gather together to worship and preach the gospel. Our current Power of 3 goal is to improve and update our auditorium. Our prayer is that this will in turn, improve the overall gathering experience. Our plan is to improve stage and auditorium lighting, and complete a stage expansion.

Parking Lot
Goal: $500,000

We have been blessed with a wonderful space and opportunity to love and care for our community. Our Power of 3 project includes fixing our parking lot!

Grand Blanc

Building Improvements
Goal: $100,000

God has been continuing to grow our Grand Blanc location and it has been such a blessing to watch! As good stewards of the building the Lord has blessed us with, we need to make several improvements to the facility. At the completion of this Power of 3 project we'd like to re-do the exterior of the building, and replace the interior carpet, among several other smaller projects to enhance our gathering space.

Main Entrance
Goal: $220,000

The Lord has blessed us with an incredible space to love and care for our community. As the ministry continues to grow, we want to continue updating our facilities to reflect these changes and clearly identify the entrance. Our Power of 3 project is to add and update our main and family entrance.

Elevator
Goal: $250,000

As we strive to share the Gospel with as many as we can, it is important that our facility is easily accessible to all people. As we continue the update of our building, we are in need of an elevator. The current ballpark estimate for an elevator and installation for our building is $250,000.

Building Updates
Goal: $125,000

We are excited to continue updating our building and creating a welcoming and friendly place for the Gospel to be shared! Our current Power of 3 project includes replacing the roof over the gymnasium, new carpet throughout the first floor hallways, and updates to our front entrance steps.
